Smoked turkey sausage breakfast
Approx. 4 Servings | 10 min Prep time
Since most people have started returning to work after quarantine, there is not enough time to cook. Being busy, I have always looked for quick ways to make everything. My friends who visit me know that I can put together a meal in no time so I can go on to work on other things. However, I have always tried my best to make healthy and hearty meals, and I make sure to include vegetables and proteins.
Today I will share with you one of my go-to recipes for a quick breakfast, which has turkey sausage, some eggs, broccoli, tomatoes, and small sweet peppers. Sometimes I toss some baby spinach or any vegetables I have in the fridge. I love it, and there is usually enough for three or four people. To add some carbohydrates, you can also toss in a slice of toasted bread on the side. My favorite is Dave's Killer Bread toast topped with avocado seasoned with salt and pepper. So here is what you will need:
Ingredients
1 Wellsshire Farms turkey sausage (or any sausage of your choice)
4 large eggs
1 middle-sized head of broccoli
1 large Roma tomato
3 small sweet peppers
Vegetable oil
Directions

1. Cut the vegetables and steam them for about 5 - 6 minutes
2. Cut the sausage and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat for 6 - 9 minutes.
3. Break in the eggs and stir until they are done.
4. Toss in the steamed vegetables and mix briefly
NB: Do not add salt because the smoked sausage is salty enough.

Enjoy with a side of toast and a smoothie or any beverage of your choice. You are guaranteed to be full until lunchtime.
With so much love,
Honestly Lo
